TRUST MODEL

Trust begins with how the work is handled.

TAP works with sensitive HR, payroll-related, compliance, hiring, employee, candidate, and client information. Our trust model is built around defined scope, responsible data handling, documented handoffs, clear service boundaries, and human review of every decision affecting people.

No inflated claims. No unclear ownership. No use of client or candidate data to train products or AI models without explicit written agreement.

No inflated claims. No unclear ownership. No use of client or candidate data to train products or AI models without explicit written agreement.

HR, payroll coordination, compliance tracking, and hiring delivery involve information that affects people, companies, decisions, and risk.

TAP approaches this work through defined service scope, stakeholder ownership, documented handoffs, access discipline, reporting checkpoints, escalation paths, and responsible handling of information.

TAP is the public brand of TAP AI PRIVATE LIMITED. TAP’s current services are operator-led, human-reviewed, and services-first.

AI tools may support internal research, drafting, analysis, reporting preparation, or workflow assistance. They do not replace human review, client approval, stakeholder judgment, or final ownership of decisions affecting employees, candidates, payroll, compliance, or hiring.

Trust is not only a policy. It is how the engagement is scoped, run, reviewed, and protected.

Where legal, tax, statutory, payroll, or specialist judgment is required, the client engages the appropriate internal or external advisors. TAP coordinates with those advisors but does not provide that judgment.

Multi-jurisdiction work is scoped case by case with appropriate advisors or vendors where required. TAP can coordinate work across multiple jurisdictions where the client engages local payroll, statutory, legal, or data-protection advisors.

Cross-border data transfer arrangements are scoped per engagement based on client location, candidate location, tool location, storage location, and applicable data protection requirements. TAP does not transfer personal data across jurisdictions outside the contractually agreed engagement framework.

Data storage and location are defined per engagement based on applicable jurisdictional requirements, client preference, tool selection, and delivery requirements. Specific storage locations are documented contractually where required.
